摘要
针对供应商质量管理与控制中供应商交货日期管理问题,采用精益六西格玛的分析方法和工具,从问题定义、问题测量、问题分析、问题改进及成果保持等5个方面入手,确认根本原因并提出改进方案,使承诺的交货期得以保障,极大地提高了交货日期预测精确度。同时,这些供应商质量管理与控制措施有效地提高了生产效率,为企业减少了大量成本,保证了企业生产,增强了企业竞争力。
In allusion to the problems of suppliers delivery date management in SQMAC,lean 6δ analytical procedure was used to identify the primary cause with definition,measurement,analysis,improvement,controlling,then come up with the improving sheme to ensure the delivery date. All these measures of SQMAC reduced a large number of enterprises cost,guaranteed the enterprises manufacture,increased the enterprises competitive power.
