摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中对羟基苯乙酮含量的分析方法。采用ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钠(pH=3.5)-甲醇-乙腈,流速1.5 mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长280 nm,进样量5μL。对羟基苯乙酮在8~160μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.999(n=6),方法检出限为1.60μg/g。该方法对膏霜、乳、液中对羟基苯乙酮测定的加标回收率分别为99.47%、99.72%和99.94%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.16%、1.24%和0.64%。
High performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of 4-hydroxyacetophenone in cosmetics. Method: ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobilephase was 0.05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate(pH=3.5), methanol and Acetonitrile, the flow rate was 1.5 m L/min, the columntemperature was 25℃, the detection wavelength was 280 nm and the injection volume was 5 μL. 4-Hydroxyacetophenone has a good linear relationship in the range of 8~160 μg/mL with the correlationcoefficient of 0.999(n = 6). The limit of detection is 1.60 μg/g. The recovery rates of 4-hydroxyacetophenone intoner, cleanser and moisturizing cream are 99.47%、99.72% and 99.94%, and the relative standarddeviations(RSD) are 1.16%、1.24% and 0.64%, respectively.
