摘要
平板运动负荷超声心动图主要应用于冠心病的诊断、临床治疗策略抉择以及患者的预后评估等。平板运动负荷超声心动图结合超声新技术,不仅弥补了传统超声技术的不足,而且也能提高超声在冠心病应用中的准确性与客观性。本文就平板运动负荷超声心动图在冠心病中的应用进行评述。
Treadmill stress echocardiography is mainly used in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, selection of clinical therapies, and prognostic evaluation of patients with coronary heart disease. Combined with advancedultrasound techniques, treadmill stress echocardiography not only makes up for the deficiency of traditional echocar-diography, but also improves the accuracy and objectivity of echocardiography in coronary heart disease. This article reviews the application of treadmill stress echocardiography in coronary heart disease.
