摘要
目的 探讨经静脉声学造影实时三维超声心动图 (RT 3DE)测量左室心肌重量的具体方法及其准确性。方法 氟碳气体造影前后采用RT 3DE对 13条实验犬心脏进行探查。根据心尖长轴八平面法勾画左室心肌体积 ,再和心肌密度相乘计算左室重量。并与犬离体左室称重结果进行对比分析。结果 造影前后RT 3DE左室心肌重量计算结果分别为( 5 7.5 1± 11.42 ) g和 ( 5 4.63± 9.62 ) g ,均与犬离体心脏左室心肌实际称重结果 ( 5 5 .62± 9.3 4)g明显相关 ,但造影后RT 3DE的相关性更好 (r =0 .99vsr =0 .95 )。结论 声学造影RT 3DE可显著提高左室心肌重量测量的准确性。
Objective To evaluate the approach and accuracy of measurement of left ventricular (LV)mass with intravenous contrast real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE). Methods RT-3DE was performed in 13 open-chest canine models before and after intravenous infusion of a perfluorocarbon contrast agent. LV myocardium volume was measured according to the apical eight-plane method, then LV mass was derived from the product of myocardium density and LV myocardium volume. Correlative analysis was performed between LV mass derived from RT-3DE and the actual results in vitro. Results LV mass measured by RT-3DE was (57.51±11.42)g and (54.63±9.62)g respectively before and after intravenous contrast. Both were significantly correlated to the actual results in vitro ( r =0.95, r =0.99), but the coefficient of contrast RT-3DE was higher. Conclusion RT-3DE with intravenous perfluorocarbon contrast could enhance the accuracy of noninvasive measurement of LV mass.
