摘要
目的:建立龙眼果核中原花青素含量的测定方法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-3 C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇、乙腈与水,比例为50:35:15;流速:1mL·min^(-1);检测波长为280 nm。结果:在24.95~199.6μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=9834.1X+6553.2,r=0.9998;结论:该法快捷方便,重复性和精密度良好,可用于原花青素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of the content of proanthocyanidin from Longan Fruit. Method: Using Inertsil ODS-3 C18 chromatographic column, and the mobile phase consisted of Methanol-acetonitrile-water(50:35:l5,V/V), at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength is 280 nm. Result: A good linearity of proanthocyanidins was achieved in the range of 24.95-199.6 μg·mL^-1,The regression equation is Y=9834.1X+6553.2, r=0.9998; Conculsion: The method is rapid, convenient, reproducible and precise, and can be used for the determination of proanthocyanidins content.
