西藏光核桃表型性状遗传多样性分析 被引量:9

Genetic Diversity Analysis of the Phenotypic Traits of Amygdalus mira from Tibet Plateau

摘要 以来自西藏地区21个群体,420份野生种质资源为研究对象,采用方差分析及聚类分析法对其果实及果核11个表型性状进行多样性分析。结果表明,西藏光核桃具有丰富的遗传多样性,各性状平均遗传变异系数为13.41%,其中果核核纹的变异系数最高(36.41%),核径长度的变异系数最低(5.18%)。分布于高海拔的山南地区群体果实、果核较大,核纹较深,而低海拔的林芝地区群体果实、果核较小,核纹较浅或光滑。基于Nei's遗传距离的聚类分析及主坐标分析将420份材料分为3个大类,分布于山南地区的群体聚为一类,而分布于林芝地区的群体划分为两类。研究结果表明西藏地区光核桃群体间存在地理区域特性和海拔梯度的遗传变异,这可能源于自然地理环境、海拔梯度的影响。 In this research, 11 phenotypic traits in fruit and fruit nucleus of total 420 wild germplasm resources from 21 populations in Tibet were analyzed by using methods of variance analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that Amygdalus mira(Koehne) from Tibet was rich in genetic diversity, and the average genetic variation coefficient of each trait was 13.41%, with the highest variation coefficient in nuclear streak(36.41%), and the lowest in kernel length(5.18%). The fruit populations distributed in the mountains of Shannan region at high altitude had big fruit and kernel, and the nuclear streak was deep, while those distributed in low-altitude in Nyingchi had smaller fruit and kernel, and the nuclear grain was smooth or had shallow nuclear streak. 420 materials were divided into three populations by Nei's genetic distance clustering analysis and principal coordinate analysis. The populations distributed in Shannan were clustered into one group, while the populations distributed in Nyingchi were divided into two groups. The results indicated that there were genetic variation of geographical characteristic and altitude gradient among Amygdalus mira(Koehne) populations in Tibet, which might be due to the influence of natural geographical environment and altitude gradient.
