摘要
北部湾位于中越两国交界地带,近年来面临生物多样性不断退化的威胁。本文研究了中国和越南海洋生物多样性保护涉及到的管理部门,相关的法律法规和标准,以及海洋生物多样性保护的实践,对比分析两国的海洋生物多样性保护机制的差异,认为这种差异在某种程度上对北部湾海洋生物多样性保护造成影响,并提出改善建议。
Beibu gulf is located in between the China and Vietnam,facing the threat of biodiversity degradation in recent years. This paper studies the administration departments that Marine biodiversity protection of two country involves,the relevant laws,regulations and standards,as well as the practice of marine biodiversity protection. The paper comparisons differences of Marine biodiversity protection between two country,put forward the differences impact the Marine biodiversity protection of beibu gulf.
