摘要
目的探讨茴拉西坦联合尼莫地平对老年痴呆患者认知功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取柘城县中西医结合医院83例老年痴呆患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组41例予以尼莫地平治疗,观察组42例给予尼莫地平+茴拉西坦治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效及认知功能(MoCA)评分,并统计不良反应发生情况及生活质量(QOL-AD)评分。结果用药3个月后观察组MoCA评分、QOL-AD评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为88.10%(37/42),高于对照组68.29%(28/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为16.67%(7/42),对照组为14.63%(6/41),组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论茴拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗,可改善老年痴呆患者认知功能,效果显著,安全性高,有助于改善患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of aniracetam combined with nimodipine on cognitive function and quality of life in senile dementia patients. Methods 83 cases of senile dementia patients in Zhecheng County hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine were grouped according to the random number table. 41 patients in control gorup were treated with nimodipine, and 42 cases in observation group were given nimodipine ＋ aniracetam. The clinical efficacy and cognitive function （MoCA） score were observed and compared between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life （QOL-AD） scores were recorded. Results After 3 months of treatment, the MoCA score and QOL-AD score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.10% （37/42）, which was higher than that of the control group 68.29% （28/41） （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.67% （7/42） in the observation group and 14.63%（6/41） in the control group. There was insignificant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Aniracetam combined nimodipine in senile dementia patients can improve cognitive function.The effect is significant.It has high safety, and ifs help to improve the quality of life of patients.
