摘要
为探究微生物菌肥在氮肥减量施用过程中的效果,采用田间小区试验,设置了5个施肥处理,研究了沧州盐渍化土壤施入微生物菌肥对夏玉米减施氮肥的效应,以及土壤性状的变化规律。结果表明:在施用微生物菌肥15 kg/hm^2的前提下,氮肥施用量降至常规施氮量的80%(120 kg/hm^2)时,土壤脲酶活性和碱解氮含量以及玉米产量均最高,且土壤全盐量较低。研究结果可为该地区夏玉米生产上科学减施氮肥提供参考。
In order to explore the effect of microbial fertilizers in the process of reducing nitrogen fertilizer application,five field treatments were set up in the field plot experiment,and the effects of microbial fertilizer on reducing nitrogen fertilizer in summer maize on salinized soil in Cangzhou and the change law of soil prop erties were studied. The results showed that applying 15 kg/hm^2 microbial fertilizer,the application of nitrogen fertilizer decreased by 80% of the conventional nitrogen application,the soil urease activity,alkali hydrolysable nitrogen content and maize yield were the highest, and the total soil salt content was lower, which could be used as reference for reducing nitrogen fertilizer in summer maize production in this area.
