摘要
通过文献资料、调研及政策分析等方法,以甘肃省岷县"巴当舞"为例,对我国体育非物质文化遗产的保护管理进行研究。研究表明,我国体育非物质文化遗产的保护管理的模式与国家治理方式的变革有着一定的同构关系,其主要表现是在政府、市场、社会组织为主体的管理模式下,以新的治理范式处理体育非物质文化遗产保护管理中各个子系统。只有加快政府制度的创新、健全对市场主体的利益保障和补偿机制、积极吸纳社会组织参与保护管理,构建多元协同治理的进行中,才能使体育非物质文化遗产的保护管理得到长足的发展。
By means of literature, investigation and policy analysis, this paper takes the＂Badang dance＂in Minxian, Gansu Province as an example, to study the protection and management of the intangible cultural heritage of sports in China..The research shows that the protection management mode of the sports intangible cultural heritage of our country has a certain isomorphic relationship with the reform of the state governance mode. The main performance is to deal with the subsystems of the sports intangible cultural heritage protection management under the new governance paradigm under the management mode of the government, the market and the social organization as the main body. Only by speeding up the innovation of the government system, improving the protection and compensation mechanism of the market main body, actively absorbing the social organizations to participate in the protection and management, and constructing the multiple cooperative governance, can the protection and management of the sports non-material cultural heritage be greatly developed.
