摘要
对分离装置的分析研究是卷烟机梗签分离的重要内容,分离装置的好坏直接影响着烟丝的纯度,最终影响成品卷烟质量。为了减少烟丝的浪费,节约资源,提高企业的经济效益,非常有必要将第一次分离出来的梗丝混合物进行进一步的分离。在现代工业中分离梗丝的方法很多,本文主要研究离心分离方法,对梗签二次分离装置的工作原理、主要结构参数等进行了研究,对梗、丝的运动及受力进行了分析。该离心分离装置安装在ZJ17卷烟机后,取得了较好的分离效果。
The analysis of the separation device is an important part of the separation of cigarette machine. The separation device has a direct influence on the purity of the tobacco, and ultimately affects the quality of the finished cigarette. In order to reduce the waste of tobacco, save resources and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise, it is necessary to further detach the stem mixture from the first separation. There are many ways to separate stem and silk in the modern industrial. The principle of secondary separation device's working and the main structure parameters has been studied. The movement and stress of the stem and silk has been analyzed. Since the centrifugal separation unit was installed in the ZJ17 cigarette machine, we achieved good separation effect.
