摘要
为了进一步优化ZJ17机组的烟丝分选效果,设计了一种双通道均匀气流的气室装置。2个进气口导管为气室腔体提供更加均匀稳定的气流,经过气室腔内的气流混合后,最后由导气板吹出稳定均匀的气流,为吸丝道内的烟丝提供均匀稳定的正压吹风,为卷制成型机提供了更加均匀的烟丝条。
In order to improve sorting effect of ZJ17 Tobacco,a two-channel uniform airflow gas chamber device is designed. Two inlet ducts provide more uniform and stable air flow for the air chamber body, after the air is mixed in the air chamber, a steady and uniform air flow is blown out by the air guide plate to provide more uniform Tobacco bundles for the coiling machine.
