摘要
生态环境议题日益成为全球面临的关键议题之一。自然环境的破坏给个人和社区日益带来负面影响,然而以工业化为主导形塑的传统社会工作范式对此却甚少涉足。近几年来,国际上有社会工作学者提出一种新的论述,强调社会工作对"人在环境中"之"环境"意涵进行新的理解和拓展,"绿色社会工作"即其中代表,它将"环境"从社会环境拓展至自然、生态环境,强调从关注社会正义向环境及生态正义、从关注人向关注人与自然共生共处的双重转变。在当前中国"五位一体"的社会发展新格局下,通过对"绿色社会工作为何"与"绿色社会工作何为"的梳理,期望为我国社会工作有效参与生态文明建设探索一种有效的理论原则和实践框架。
Environmental issues are global. The natural environment increasingly has a devastating impact on individuals and communities. However,as a profession that emphasizes ＂person-in-environment＂,social work has not extended to issues related to natural environment. In recent years,some social work scholars have proposed a new idea — Green social work,to redefine＂environment＂,a shift from the separation of the social and natural environment to an expanded holistic understanding of the dynamic interplay between human society and the natural environment,from social justice to environmental justice and ecological justice.Through interpreting the core ideas of Green social work, some enlightenment will be given to the participation of social work in ecological civilization.
