摘要
随着社会环境的变化,人才培养模式亟须改变。针对当前大学生的特点,我们提出了益友式人才培养模式。希望通过对此模式的探索和实践,能建立一种适合当代大学生的人才培养模式。
With the change of growth environment,the personnel training mode needs to be modified.Accordingto the character of previous college students, we proposea friendly personnel training mode,hoping that through theresearch and practice of this training mode,we can found a new mode suiting contemporary college students.
