摘要
"现代学徒制"强调学校、企业双主体,教师、师傅双指导,上学即上岗、毕业即入职,充分体现校企合作、理实一体。引入现代学徒制是我们改革高等职业教育的一条有益探索之路。分析我国高等职业教育现状和国情,学习国外现代学徒制的典范:德国双元制、澳大利亚和英国的"新学徒制"、日本"产学结合"、美国"合作教育"。从观念认识、共赢机制、政策法规和评价机制上提出实施现代学徒制的对策。
"Modern apprentice system" is based on the school enterprise cooperation as the foundation,take the student development as the core,take the curriculum as the link,take the school,the enterprise's depth participation and the teacher,the teacher's deep instruction as the support. The introduction of modern apprentice system is a useful way for our reform of higher vocational education. Analysis of China's higher vocational education status and conditions,the learning model of foreign modern apprenticeship:German dual system,Australia's apprenticeship,the British "New Apprenticeship",Japan "integrated learning" model,the "cooperative education" mode. From the perspective of the concept of understanding,win-win mechanism,policies and regulations and evaluation mechanism,Put forward the countermeasures of the implementation of modern apprenticeship.
