摘要
与"桥头堡"战略建设的现实要求相比,云南高等学校国际化人才培养存在"教育国际交流合作机制尚未全面形成,高校国际化发展能力明显不足,教师队伍建设的国际化水平有待提高以及高校国际化人才培养经费不足"四个方面的问题。我们认为:"深化完善教育国际交流合作的保障机制,实施云南省国门大学振兴行动计划,建设云南国际化人才培养协同创新基地,增强云南高校国际化人才培养的有效性"是破解云南桥头堡建设国际化人才培养现存问题的重要路径。
Compared with the realistic requirements of the ＂bridgehead＂ strategy, there are still four problems in the interna-tionalization of higher education personnel training of Yunnan province. Namely, education international exchange and cooperation mechanism not fully formed; obviously insufficient internationalization development capacity; low level in teachers construction ; and shortage of funds. To address the existing problems in the talents training internationalization project under the bridgehead strategy of Yunnan province, four suggestions are proposed. Firstly, we should deepen and improve the guarantee mechanism of international exchange and cooperation in education; secondly, implement the plan of revitalizing Yunnan Province Internationalized Universities; thirdly, construct Yunnan international talents cultivation collaborative innovation base; finally, enhance the effectiveness of international talents training in the universities.
