摘要
荆门长护保险试点取得各方满意的初步成效。同时,在长护服务体系建设上为我们提供了诸多有益的借鉴和思考:一是要科学建立服务标准体系,失能等级评定亟待中国标准,长期护理服务标准亟待全国统一;二是亟待从政策扶持、统一编写教材等方面加快职业队伍建设进程,应有专业化"服务员"培养培训的投入和储备;三是亟待建立配套的服务监督体系,包括制定相关法律法规、建立统一的稽核队伍、互联互通的信息系统和大数据分析系统等。
The pilot project of long-term care insurance in Jingmen has achieved preliminary results, and has provided many references and thoughts for the further development of long-term care insurance system. Firstly, a service standard system should be established scientifically. Disability grade evaluation urgently needs Chinese standards, and long-term nursing service standards urgently also need national unification. Secondly, it is urgent to speed up the process of building professional teams from policy support and unified compilation of teaching materials. Thirdly, it is urgent to establish a supporting service supervision system, including the formulation of relevant laws and regulations, the establishment of a unified audit team, interconnected information systems and large data analysis systems.
