摘要
目的探讨齐拉西酮联合舍曲林治疗精神分裂症的疗效。方法将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例,研究组服用齐拉西酮联合舍曲林系统治疗,对照组单用齐拉西酮系统治疗,共治疗8周,在基线及治疗后第2、4、8周末采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)和阴性症状量表(SANS)评价疗效,治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗后第4、8周末,两组PANSS总分及各因子分、SANS评分均较基线时降低(P<0.05)。治疗后第4、8周末,研究组PANSS总分及各因子分、SANS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论齐拉西酮联合舍曲林可安全有效治疗精神分裂症,短期效果优于单一用药。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Ziprasidone combined with Sertraline to treat patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group with Ziprasidone combined with Sertraline and control group with Ziprasidone alone for 8-weeks treatment. They were assessed with Positive and Negative Symptom Scale（ PANSS）,Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms（ SANS） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（ TESS） at baseline,the 2nd weekend,the 4th weekend and the 8th weekend of the treatment. Results At the 4th and the 8th weekend of treatment,total scores and all the factors scores of PANSS and socres of SANS in two groups were all significantly lower than those at baseline（ P 〈 0. 05）. At the 4th and the 8th weekend of treatment,total scores and all the factors scores of PANSS and scores of SANS in the study group were all significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There were no differences for the rates of side effects between two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Ziprasidone combined with Sertraline is safe and effective in the treatment of schizophrenia,and the short-term effect is better than single drug.
