摘要
中医"治未病"理论是中医的特色与精髓,然而在临床研究方面,中医"治未病"研究尚缺乏大规模、高质量的临床研究和高级别的循证医学证据。选择具有国际公认的诊断标准和疗效判定标准的"未病"是建立理想的"未病"模型的要点,运用中医特色理论是指导"治未病"临床研究的核心,本文试从临床研究角度探析中医"治未病"的现状及对策。
Disease prevention theory in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） is the characteristics and essence of Chinese medicine. However, the theory has not yet been put into clinical practice generally, large scale and high quality clinical trials are limited. Selection of pre-disease with international diagnostic criteria and efficacy outcomes is the key of ＂pre-disease＂ model establishment, Under the guidance of TCMto treat pre-diseases is the focus of the theory. In this paper, we try to summary the clinical trials about disease prevention theory, to analyze the cun＇ent situation and development strategies of disease preventive treatment in TCM.
