摘要
检索近10年国内外治疗骨质疏松症新技术研究以及中药治疗骨质疏松症试验研究的文献,总结近10年来中药治疗骨质疏松症研究取得的进展、目前存在的问题,以及未来的研究方向。随着医学研究的不断深入,近些年来在骨质疏松症的防治方面取得了许多可喜的成果,但仍然存在如:缺乏统一的辨证分型标准和疗效判定标准;临床报道多为疗效观察和验案总结,缺乏大样本量的随机双盲对照试验,在中药作用机制方面的研究较少等问题。
The new research on osteoporosis in the past 10 years an d the literature on the treatment of osteoporosis by traditional Chinese medicine was retrieved, and the progress of the study of osteoporosis in the past 10 years, the existing problems and the future research direction were summarized. With the deepening of medical research, many gratifying achievements have been made in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in recent years, but it still exists, such as： lack of a unified standard of syndrome differentiation and evaluation of curative effect, the clinical reports are mostly the observation of curative effect and the summary of the case, the lack of a random double blind control test with large sample. In the traditional Chinese medicine, there are few problems in the study of the mechanism of action.
