摘要
文章以新疆广播电视大学促进贫困地区远程教育均衡发展实践为例,基于现代信息技术,在全疆搭建起全新的云教室学习环境,并组建管理团队、教师团队、技术团队推进基于云教室的远程教学工作,在实践过程中构建起师生实时交互的云教室远程团队异地协作教学应用模式,有力地解决了南疆贫困地区师资匮乏的问题,并有效整合全疆师资力量,促进了远程高等教育均衡发展。这一实践案例对于当前教育扶贫工作富有借鉴意义,可在职业教育领域乃至基础教育领域推广应用。
The article takes the Xinjiang Radio and TV University's practice of promoting balanced development of distance education in poverty-stricken areas as an example. Based on modern information technology, a new learning environment of cloud classrooms is built in Xinjiang, and a management team, teacher team and technical team are set up to promote distance education based on cloud classrooms. A classroom remote team with real time interactions between teachers and students is constructed. This model can effectively solve the problem of teacher shortage in poverty-stricken areas of Southern Xinjiang, and effectively integrate the teachers in Xinjiang to promote the balanced development of distance higher education. This practical case is of great significance to the current education poverty alleviation work, and can be promoted and applied in the field of vocational education and even basic education.
