摘要
目的:探讨分析鼻用皮质类固醇治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎患者对其呼吸道一氧化氮(NO)浓度的影响。方法:选取2016年2月~2016年12月在某院治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎的患者30例作为实验组,并且再选取健康志愿者30例作为对照组,研究分析患者的鼻腔和口腔呼出的一氧化氮的浓度情况。结果:实验组在治疗后,鼻氧、流鼻涕、打喷嚏等季节性过敏性鼻炎的临床症状都有显著的改善。实验组患者呼吸道一氧化氮的浓度明显的比对照组高,但是在给患者使用过鼻用皮质类固醇进行治疗后,患者鼻腔呼出一氧化氮的浓度显著的处于下降趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但是,经过口腔呼出一氧化氮的浓度就没有显著的变化(P>0.05)。结论:一般情况下,季节性过敏性鼻炎的患者通常在上呼吸道和下呼吸道呼出的一氧化氮的水平上都明显的比正常人群高。因此对于季节性过敏性鼻炎的治疗过程中采用鼻用皮质类固醇药剂对其进行治疗,可以有效的降低鼻腔呼出的一氧化氮的浓度,对口腔呼出的一氧化氮的浓度没有影响需要进一步对其进行研究并且可以结合其他药物进行治疗,结果有待统计。
Objective:To investigate the effect of nasal corticosteroid on respiratory nitric oxide (NO)concentration in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis.Methods:30 cases of seasonal allergic rhinitis patients treated in a hospital from February 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the experimental group,and then 30cases of healthy volunteers were selected as control group.The concentration of nitric oxide in nasal cavity and oral cavity were studied and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis such as nasal oxygen,runny nose and sneeze were significantly improved in the experimental group.The concentration of nitric oxide in the respiratory tract in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,but after the treatment with nasal corticosteroids,the concentration of nitric oxide out of the nasal cavity of the patients decreased significantly.The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).However,there was no significant change in the concentration of nitric oxide after oral exhalation(P〉0.05).Conclusion:In general,patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis usually have significantly higher levels of nitric oxide exhaled in the upper and lower respiratory tract than in the normal population.Therefore,the use of corticosteroids in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis can effectively reduce the concentration of nitric oxide exhaled in the nasal cavity,but has no effect on the concentration of oral exhaled nitric oxide,which needs further study and may be combined with other drugs for treatment,and the results need to be counted.
