摘要
此次研究的主要目的是明确新时代国企青年员工思想政治工作的特点,并通过提出其存在的问题及解决策略,以促进我国新时代国企青年员工思想政治工作健康与长远发展。对青年员工思想政治工作进行创新、开拓思想政治渠道、寻找思想政治工作新方法。全面客观地把握新时代国企青年员工思想政治工作的真实情况,提升新时代国企青年员工思想政治工作水平。
The main purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of ideological and political work of young employees in state-owned enterprises in the new era, and puts forwards the problems existing in it and the countermeasures, so as to promote the healthy and long-term development of the ideological and political work of the young employees of state-owned enterprises in the new era of China. Innovating the ideological and political work of young employees, developing ideological and political channels and finding new methods of ideological and political work.
