摘要
以石英坩埚废料、长石、煅烧高岭土为原料,在1180~1280℃下烧结制备了玻化砖,1260~1280℃烧结的样品达到了国标GB/T4100-2015中玻化砖的性质要求。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对样品的组分和结构进行了表征,并对样品的抗弯强度、线收缩率和气孔率进行了测量。结果表明,随着烧结温度的增加,样品致密性和抗弯强度同时增加,在1260℃达到最大值,在1280℃时,,样品中闭合气孔的膨胀导致其抗弯强度有所下降;同时,原料中的钠、钾长石均随着温度的增加,不断的分解并进入玻璃相,并分别在1220℃、1240℃时全部分解。
Vitrified tiles were prepared using waste crucible powder,feldspar and kaolin under 1180-1280 ℃ sintered. The composition and structure of the sample were characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The bending strength,linear shrinkage and porosity were also measured. The results show that density and bending strength increased as increasing of sintering temperature,and they all reached the maximum at 1260 ℃. The compactness of the sample decreased at 1280 ℃ due to the expansion of closed pores. With the increase of sintering temperature,the Na-Feldspar and K-feldspar decrease and glass phase increases, and they were decomposed completely at 1220 ℃ and 1240 ℃,respectively.
