摘要
谷竹高速公路青峰隧道为膨胀性构造偏压软弱围岩隧道,施工中多次出现险情,后经实践验证及多方论证,采用"刚柔结合、加强支护整体性、加强超前支护、加强锁脚支护、控制性注浆加固"的控制理念,结集"跳跃式"刚柔结合拱架支护技术、"整体式"刚性锁脚支护技术、无损伤"密棚式"超前预支护技术、控制注浆技术于一体,成功地突破了大变形段的施工,化解了施工风险,保证了工程施工的安全和质量。
Qingfeng Tunnel of Gucheng-Zhuxi Expressway is a kind of expanding inhomogeneous-pressure weak surrounding rock tunnel. Dangerous matters have occurred many times in its construction. Latterly, through practical verification, the control concepts of "rigid-flexible combination, emphasizing the integrity of support, pre-support, locking support, and controlling grouting reinforcement" are adopted, with a combination of "jumping" rigid-soft arch grid support technology, "unitary" rigid locking support technology, non-damaged "dense-shield" pre-support technology, and control grouting technology, it successfully solves difficulties in massive deformation section, eliminates dangers in construction, and ensures the safety and quality of the construction.
