摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病(DM)常见的和潜在的慢性致残性并发症,其发病机制复杂,至今尚不完全清楚,临床上缺乏有效的药物治疗手段,所以近些年来非药物治疗的相关研究日益增多,也取得了较好效果,如电疗、远程缺血预适应(RIPC)等,日益成为研究的热点,本文对非药物疗法的研究现状进行综述。
DPN is one of a common and potentially chronic disabling complication of diabetes. Its pathogenesis is complex and not completely clear so far. There is no effective treatment means for DPN in western and traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years,the research on the non-drug treatment is increasing year by year. The non-drug treatment achieved good results, such as the electrotherapy and Remote ischemic preconditioning（ RIPC）. Non-drug treatment has become the focus of research. This essay summarizes the recent advances on non-drug treatment in DPN.
