摘要
目的:探讨中药熏洗治疗糖尿病性痛性神经病变临床疗效。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年4月内分泌科住院的糖尿病痛性神经病变患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),两组均予以控制血糖、控制血压、调节血脂等基础治疗,对照组予以前列地尔治疗,观察组予以中药熏洗治疗,治疗4周,观察两组治疗前后VAS评分变化及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前,视觉模拟评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后,视觉模拟评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),并且观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为84.0%;对照组为56.0%(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗治疗糖尿病性痛性神经病变疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of diabetic painful neuropathy.Methods:Randomly selected from April 2017 to April 2019 in the Department of Endocrinology,100 patients with diabetic pain neuropathy were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into a control group (n=50) and an observation group (n=50).Both groups received basic treatments such as blood glucose control,blood pressure control,and blood lipid regulation.The control group was treated with alprostadil.The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.After 4 weeks of treatment,observe the changes in VAS score and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual simulation score between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment in both groups,the visual analogue score was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue score of the observation group decreased more than that of the control group (P<0.05).The number of markedly effective cases in the observation group was 18,the number of effective cases was 27,the number of invalid cases was 8,the total number of effective cases was 42,and the total effective rate was 84.0%.In the control group,the number of markedly effective cases was 8,the number of effective cases was 20,the number of invalid cases was 22,the total number of effective cases was 28,and the total effective rate was 56.0%.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group increased more significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine fumigation is effective in treating diabetic painful neuropathy,which is worth popularizing.
