摘要
从古至今,中医各家在对过敏性鼻炎的病因病机上探索颇多,观点也不胜枚举,但大部分医家认为,此病的发病关键与肺、脾、肾的亏虚以及风邪外袭有着密不可分的关系。笔者通过临床的实践观察以及大量查阅文献,认为本病在与脾脏的生理机能、生理特性,以及四时五脏的联系等问题上有着较强的相关性。故笔者认为在临床治疗本病时应多重视脾胃机能的调整,有助于增强对过敏性鼻炎治疗的效果。
since ancient times,types of traditional Chinese physician have lots of explore for the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.A1- though they have different opinions of allergic rhinitis,but most of them believe that the happening of this illness have a close relation- ship of the lung.spleen and kidney.The wind exopathogens also make AR happen. Through the observation of clinical practice and a lot of literature,the author think the physiological characteristics and the physiological function of spleen have intimate relationship with AR. Besides, the season and five viscera also have strong interrelated with spleen.So the author thinks that in the clinical treatment of this disease should pay more attention to the adjustment of the spleen and stomach function so that we can enhancement the curative effect of allergic rhinitis.
