摘要
采用峰时效及过时效两种热处理工艺对设计的Cu-15Ni-8Sn-Zn-0.8Al-0.2Si超高强合金进行了热处理,通过腐蚀浸泡试验、极化曲线测试、微观形貌分析等方法研究了不同工艺热处理后合金的腐蚀行为。结果表明:峰时效合金的耐蚀性优于过时效合金的,且峰时效合金表面腐蚀产物膜比过时效合金的更加致密均匀;过时效处理后晶界出现粒状及层状的不连续析出相,使得镍锡元素富集,与基体形成微型原电池,加速合金的腐蚀。
The designed super high-strength Cu-15Ni-8Sn-Zn-0.8Al-0.2Si alloy was treated with two kinds of heat treatments,peak aging and over aging.The corrosion behavior of the alloy heat treated with different processes was investigated by immersion corrosion test,polarization curve testing and micro morphology observation.The results show that the corrosion resistance of the peak aged alloy was better than that of the over aged alloy,and the peak aged alloy had more continuous and denser corrosion product layer compared to the over aged alloy.After the over aging treatment,granular and lamellar discontinuous precipitates occurred in the grain boundaries,resulting in the enrichment of nickel and tin elements,and forming miniature galvanic cells with the matrix to accelerate the corrosion of the alloy.
