综述了Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金的制备工艺、强化机理机制及微合金化等方面的研究进展,并讨论了该合金以后的发展趋势和研究方向。
The research progress in the preparation technology of Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy, as well as its strengthening mechanism and micro alloying are reviewed in the paper. And the development trend and research direction of the alloy is discussed.
