摘要
时代的不断发展,新旧动能转指导下的高校教育改革不断深入,高校辅导员作为特殊的教师群体,直接关系到学生的思政及德育教育,因此高校辅导员职业能力的提升必须落到实处。本文在论述高校辅导员职业能力提升意义的基础上,从角色重新定义、健全制度保障、行业规范发展三个层面论述了新旧动能转换背景下高校辅导员职业能力提升的有效举措,以期实现优质高校辅导员队伍的建设。
With the continuous development of the times, the reform of college education under the guidance of new and old kinetic energy has been deepened. As a special group of teachers, college counselors directly relate to the ideological and moral education of students. Therefore, the promotion of professional ability of college counselors must be put into practice. On the basis of discussing the significance of college counselor＇s professional ability promotion, this paper discusses the effective me- asures of improving the professional ability of college counselors under the background of new and old kinetic energy conver- sion from three levels of role redefinition, sound system guarantee and industry standard development, in order to realize the construction of high quality college counselor team.
