摘要
地铁车站多位于城市繁华地带,受环境所限大多不具备明挖施工条件,新型洞桩法暗挖车站采用单层导洞内机械成桩的施工方法,替代传统的人工挖孔桩安装钢管柱的施工方法,本技术研究在导洞内机械成孔灌注桩内插入钢管柱一次浇筑成型的施工方法,引入了地面钻孔桩内液压插入钢管柱机械,在导洞内进行钢管柱垂直度调整控制技术,省去钢护筒安装及拆除工序,解决人工安装定位器误差大及施工效率低问题,在工程实际应用中取得了很好效果;基于本技术对液压插入机进行改装,集下钢筋笼、下钢管柱、定位及钢管柱垂直度调整于一体的钢管柱安装机已在北京市后续洞桩法车站中投入使用,效果良好。
Most subway stations are located in busy areas of cities, where, limited by the sorrounding environment, there are no open excavation construction conditions. The new subsurface excavated station with the cave-pile technique, uses the construction method of a single-layer pilot in-tunnel machine bored pile, and replaces the traditional construction method of the artificial dug pile to install steel pipe columns. This technique implements the single-pouring construction method of inserting steel pipe columns into in-tunnel mechanical hole perfusion posts, introduces the surface drilling inner piles steel pipe column insertion machine by hydraulic pressure, and conducts verticality adjustment controlling techniques for the steel pipe columns inside the pilot tunnel. Thus, the process of installing and removing the steel pipe columns is omitted, the problems of large error and low construction efficiency of artificially installed locators are resolved, and an excellent effect is obtained when the technique is used in practical construction. On the basis of this technique, the hydraulic pressure insertion machine was refitted. The steel pipe column assembling machine combined with a descending reinforcing cage, descending steel pipe columns, and vertical adjustment of steel pipe columns has been put into use in the subsequent construction of cave-pile stations, with excellent results.
