摘要
金属基纳米颗粒(MNPs)因其出色的催化、延展、介电、生物医学等诸多性能,在抗菌涂料、燃料电池、水电解、空气和水净化、化妆品、纺织品、农药和化肥等众多领域都有着广泛的应用.MNPs的大量生产和使用使其不可避免地进入到环境当中,对生态系统和人类健康产生潜在威胁.自然环境中存在的大量溶解性有机质(DOM)能够通过络合、吸附等一系列反应,影响MNPs的聚集与溶解过程,从而改变其生物有效性及毒性作用.为准确评估MNPs的环境行为和风险,全面地理解DOM作用下MNPs的聚集和溶解过程显得尤为重要.因此,本文介绍了现有DOM和MNPs的来源、种类及性质,综述了DOM对MNPs的聚集和溶解过程的影响,提出了尤其是在水环境中研究MNPs行为所存在的问题.
Metal nanoparticles( MNPs) have been widely used in many fields such as antimicrobial coatings,fuel cells,water electrolysis,air and water purification,cosmetics,textiles,pesticides and fertilizers due to their excellent performance in catalysis, extension, dielectrics, and biomedicine. The extensive production and application make MNPs inevitably enter the environment,posing potential threats to the ecosystems and human health. It is found that the aggregation and dissolution processes of MNPs can be highly influenced by a series of reactions between MNPs and dissolved organic matters( DOM) in the environment such as complexation and adsorption,which subsequently alter the bioavailability and toxicity of MNPs. To accurately evaluate the environmental behaviors and risks of MNPs, it is particularly important to comprehensively understand the aggregation and dissolution of MNPs in the presence of DOM. Thereupon,this paper introduced the sources,types and basic properties of existing DOM and MNPs and reviewed the effects of DOM on the aggregation and dissolution processes of MNPs. The problems in studying MNPs behaviors werethen raised,especially in water environment.
