摘要
综述了金属纳米材料的生物毒性效应,重点介绍了影响金属纳米材料毒性效应的各种因素及其毒性效应产生的机理,并对金属纳米材料未来的研究发展方向作了展望,希望有助于促进关于纳米材料生态风险的科研工作,推动发展规范其使用的指导方针,减轻对人类健康及环境的不利影响.
In this view, we presented the potential environmental behavior of metal nanomaterials (MNMS) with a focus on the toxicity effects and the mechanism of MNMS to organisms. In addition, several factors which influence the toxicity of MNMS on various organisms were discussed. Finally, we put forward our views on the future research perspectives of MNMS with the hope of promoting the study of ecological risks related to MNMS and stimulating the development of guidelines to regulate their use and disposal, and mitigating potential adverse effects on human and environmental health.
