摘要
＂一带一路＂倡议提出以来,我国与沿线国家和地区的经贸交流得到进一步深化,双向投资与贸易规模不断提升,经贸合作领域日益拓宽。与此同时,中国对沿线国家直接投资发展势头迅猛,成为即亚洲地区外又一我国对外直接投资的集聚区域,但机遇与挑战并存。我国在迎来对外投资良好机遇的同时,也面临着东道国的投资风险。基于此,本文在分析我国对＂一带一路＂沿线国家直接投资特点的基础上,运用SWOT分析法考察我国对＂一带一路＂沿线国家直接投资的优劣势、机会与威胁,进而为我国企业更有效的＂走出去＂,开展并深化与＂一带一路＂沿线国家和地区的经贸合作提出有针对性的建议。
Since the initiative of ＂The Belt and Road＂was put forward, China＇s economic and trade exchanges with countries and regions along the route have been further deepened, the scale of investment and trade has been continuously improved, and the scope of economic and trade cooperation has been broadened. At the same time, China＇s direct investment in countries along ＂The Belt and Road＂has developed rapidly. It is another gathering area of China＇s foreign direct investment outside Asia, but opportunities and challenges coexist. China is facing the investment opportunities of the host country while welcoming good opportunities for foreign investment. Based on this, this paper analyzes the characteristics of China＇s direct investment in the countries along＂the Belt and Road＂, and uses SWOT analysis to examine the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of China＇s direct investment in countries along ＂the Belt and Road＂, and thus more effective for Chinese enterprises to＂going global＂.It will carry out and deep the economic and trade cooperation with the countries and regions along ＂the Belt and Road＂, and propose targeted countermeasures.
