摘要
中国和俄罗斯在外交领域是全面战略协作伙伴关系,不仅在战略安全方面有诸多合作,作为邻国,两国在贸易往来方面也有着天然的优势,具有巨大的发展潜力。采用贸易互补性指数、强度指数、显性比较优势指数,分析2006年至2016年十年间两国贸易记录数据,发现中国对俄贸易关系仍有较大发展潜力,中国与俄罗斯有各自不同的资源优势,双方贸易具有良好的互补性。两国可以在优势互补基础上加强能源领域以及边贸合作,并积极拓宽经贸合作领域,深化双方经济协作,促进两国经贸发展,实现互利共赢。
China and Russia are fully strategic and cooperative partners in the field of diplomacy.They cooperate not only in strategic security,but also,as neighboring countries,have natural advantages and great potential in terms of trade.Using trade complementarity index,intensity index,and revealed comparative advantage index,analysis of ten years of trade data from 2006 to 2016 between the two countries finds out that trade relations between China and Russian still has great potential,and that China and Russia possess different resource strengths,bringing about good trade complementarity.The two countries can strengthen cooperation in energy fields and border trade on the basis of the complementary advantages,actively expand the field of economic and trade cooperation,deepen bilateral economic cooperation,and promote bilateral economic and trade development so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
