摘要
目的了解浙江省护理人员继续教育供需状况,为开展护理继续教育和进行护理继续教育模式改革提供依据。方法以终身教育理论、供需匹配理论作为理论基础,采用自行编制问卷以分层整群随机抽样方法,对浙江省11个行政区的4 199名临床护理人员进行问卷调查。结果 94.61%护士认可继续教育带来的实际帮助,70.25%护士在参加继续教育的过程中感受到压力;仅9.65%的护士喜欢纯课堂授课,77.76%的护士认为希望院外学习后院内分享学习心得;不同职称、岗位及年龄在对继续教育的需求上存在差异。结论培训机构应针对护理继续教育供需矛盾开展多元化层级化继续教育模式改革,改善其供需匹配状况;护理人员应提高自我效能感,树立终身学习理念,主动获取多渠道多维度的学习资源;医院应建立合理的激励机制,增加支持和保障以促进护理人才队伍建设。
Objective To understand the status of continuing education of nurses in Zhejiang Province,and to provide references for continuing education and the reform. Methods Based on the theory of lifelong education and the theory of matching supply with demand,4 199 clinical nurses in 11 different districts of Zhejiang province were selected by stratified cluster sampling and investigated by the self-developed questionnaire. Results 94.61% of nurses agreed the continuing education could provide practical assistant. 70.25% of nurses felt stressed when participating the continuing education. Only 9.65% nurses liked the continuing education conducted in the classroom. 77.76% nurses thought that they would like to share their learning experience in the hospital after study. Nurses with different titles,positions and ages had different demands for continuing education. Conclusion Training organizations should carry out diversified and hierarchical reform of education mode in accordance with the continuous demands of nurses. Nurses should improve their self-efficacy and establish a concept of life long learning. They should be encouraged to learn from different ways and dimensions. Hospitals should establish a reasonable incentive mechanism to ensure nurses cultivation.
