摘要
本研究是为了了解被调查人员对科技成果转化影响因素认知及其重视程度,为科技成果转化决策和实施奠定数据和信息基础。研究步骤为确定调查对象、抽样样本容量、确定调查问卷类型、设计问卷题项、收集整理数据、选择分析方法,采用统计分析软件(SPSS19.0)进行定量分析。使用问卷调查方法构建了对科技成果转化影响因素认知的分析框架。运用研究成果,制定了科技成果管理办法和实施细则。
The purpose of this study is to understand the cognition and importance of the factors affect-ing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and to lay the data and information foundation for the decision and implementation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The research precedure consists of determining the object of investigation, sampling size, determining questionnaire type,designing questionnaire item, collecting data,selecting analysis method,and using statistical analysis software （SPSS19.0） to carry out quantitative analysis. Using the method of ques-tionnaire, the study constructs an analysis framework for the cognition of the factors affecting the transfor-mation of scientific and technological achievements, and uses the research results to formulate the man-agement methods and implementation rules of the scientific and technological achievements.
