摘要
结合石油化工装置设计中常遇到的高温工况,对此工况下金属蠕变的数学、力学模型及其应用进行了讨论。给出了材料的蠕变曲线,对Maxwell模型、Kelvin模型和Maxwell-kelvin模型进行了研究,给出了高温蠕变管道的应力分析方法和评判标准。
This paper discusses the mathematical and mechanical models for the creep of metal materials and their application under high temperature conditions in the engineering design of petrochemical plants,gives the creep curves of materials,studies the Maxwell model,Kelvin model and Maxwell-kelvin model,and presents the stress analysis methods and evaluation standards for high temperature creep pipelines.
