摘要
本文结合我院实验室管理工作的情况,针对如何做好自制实验设备工作,提高实践教学水平等问题,阐述了自制实验设备工作的重要性,拓展自制设备途径,调动教师和实验技术人员的积极性,改善自身的知识结构,提高业务素质及建立有效的保障监督措施等内容。
Combined with the situation of hospital laboratory management and aimed at how to make self manufactured laboratory equipment and improve the practice of teaching and other issues,the paper explained the importance of the work of self manufactured laboratory equipment and ways to expand self manufactured,mobilize teachers and laboratory technicians initiatives,to improve their knowledge structure and improve the professional quality and establish effective safeguard measures and so on.
