摘要
目的探讨碱性清洗剂在消毒供应中心清洗质量当中的应用价值。方法选取本院所使用过的120件污染器械作为对象,根据数字法分为对照组与观察组各60件污染器械,对照组使用多酶清洗剂实施清洗,观察组使用碱性清洗剂,对2组器械清洗与清洁的质量、清洗人员的方式进行评估。结果观察组清洗质量评估为优的污染器械有52件,对照组清洗质量为优的污染器械有40件,观察组清洗质量优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组医务工作人员的清洗工作评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碱性清洗剂对医疗器械的清洁效果要优于多酶清洗剂,可以有效清洗干涸血渍与变性蛋白质,成本较低,安全度相对较高,实用性较好。
Objective The explore value of alkaline cleaning agent in improving cleaning quality of disinfection supply center. Methods A total of 120 pollution equipment were selected as study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 pollution equipment in each group,control group used multiple enzyme detergent cleaning,while observation group applied alkaline cleaner for cleaning,cleaning quality,and cleaning modes were assessed. Results The excellent equipment was 52 in observation group,and 40 in the control group,and cleaning rate of excellent quality in the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The cleaning scores of the two groups showed significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion Alkalinecleaner,characterized by lower cost,higher safety and feasibility,has better cleaning efficacy for medical equipment than the enzyme detergent cleaning.
