摘要
含铜多金属危废物料成分复杂,熔炼时涉及的反应较多。采用METCAL软件可以对每种物料单独进行物相分析计算,通过对熔炼过程中参数的设定及反馈控制进行冶金过程模拟,得到物料平衡和能量平衡,为工程设计提供依据。
The copper containing polymetallic hazardous waste materials are of complicate composition and thus are involved in several reactions during the smelting process. METCAL can be used to analyze the phase of each material separately and simulate the metallurgical process by parameters setting and feedback control during the melting process, so as to obtain the material balance and the energy balance and provide basic data for engineering design.
