摘要
介绍了一种新型预埋沉插式组合直吹风帽,该风帽适合于所有的沸腾炉风帽改进,特别适用于锌冶炼、铜冶炼、黄金冶炼、硫铁矿制酸、环保灰冶炼等高耗损风帽的沸腾炉中。该风帽经久耐用不会被腐蚀、冲刷、烧损,可以直接在炉内对风帽出风孔的堵塞进行清理,能够节省大量的人力物力,提高生产效率,节约运行成本。
A novel pre-embedded air nozzle integrated with direct blowing is introduced.It was suitable for the modification of all types of air nozzles used for the fluidized bed boiler.Particularly,it favored the highly consumable air nozzles used in the fluidized bed boilers for zinc smelting,copper smelting,gold smelting,pyrite-based sulphuric acid production,environmental ash smelting,and the like.The air nozzle was robust and durable as it wouldn＇t be damaged by corrosion,scouring,and burning.The plugging cleaning could be conducted directly at the nozzle outlet in the boiler,which saved a lot of manpower and material resources,increased the production efficiency,and reduced the operating cost.
