摘要 以聚氧化丙烯醚二醇、二异氰酸酯、3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯和填料等为原料,采用半预聚体法制备了室温固化聚氨酯弹性体。研究了异氰酸酯种类、填料种类、消泡剂对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能和工艺性能的影响。结果表明,MDI体系PUE的综合性能好于TDI体系;PUE中加入高岭土的效果好于无机硅基材料(粉煤灰),添加无机硅基材料PUE的拉断伸长率略高;Defom 6800和XIAMETERACP-0001分别与BYK A530、MOK6020复配使用,消泡效果好,在产品中的贮存稳定性也好。 Based on polyoxypropylene ether diol,diisocyanate,3,3’-dichloro-4,4’-diaminodiphenylmethane,di 2-ethylhexyl) phthalate and fillers,etd,room-temperature curing polyurethane elastomers were prepared by a semi-prepolymer method. The effects of isocyanate type,filler type and defoamer on the mechanical properties and technological properties of polyurethane elastomers were studied. The results show that the overall performance of PUE based on MDI system is better than that of TDI system; the effect of adding kaolin in PUE is better than that of inorganic silicon-based material,and the elongation at break of PUE added with inorganic silicon-based material is slightly higher; Defom 6800 and XIAMETERR ACP-0001 is used with BYK A530 and MOK6020,respectively,the defoaming effect is good,and the storage stability in the product is also good.
