常温固化水性环氧树脂道路修补涂料性能研究 被引量:5

Research on the properties of room temperature curable waterborne epoxy resin road repair coatings

摘要 以水性环氧树脂为主要成膜物质,三乙烯四胺为固化剂,N,N-二甲基苄胺为促进剂,制成水性环氧树脂道路修补涂料,通过红外光谱及对涂料的适用期、表干时间,冲击强度及附着力等的测试研究了涂料的固化情况,以及固化剂、促进剂和固化反应时间对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,涂料中环氧树脂与三乙烯四胺和N,N-二甲基苄胺的物质的量比为1∶1.15∶0.012时,涂料的耐冲击性〉50 kg·cm,室温下表干时间62 min,附着力达到1.56 MPa。制得的涂料具有室温固化,便于施工,物理性能良好,成膜速度快等优点。 The waterborne epoxy resin road repair coating was prepared using waterborne epoxy resin as the main film-forming substance,triethylenetetramine as curing agent and N,N-dimethylbenzylamine as accelerator. The curing of the coatings and the effects of the curing agent,accelerator and curing reaction time on the performance of the coatings were investigated by infrared spectrum and the tests of the pot life,surface dry time,impact strength and adhesion etc.. The results showed that when the molar ratio of epoxy resin to triethylenetetramine and N,N-dimethylbenzylamine in the coating was 1 ∶ 1. 15 ∶ 0. 012,the impact resistance of the coating was 〉50 kg·cm and the dry time at room temperature was 62 min. The adhesion reached 1. 56 MPa. The obtained coating had the advantages of room temperature curing,easy construction,good physical properties,and high film formation speed.
