摘要
目的:探究洛索洛芬联合曲马多缓释片对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰部疼痛的治疗效果。方法:将2016年5月—2017年5月在本院实施入院治疗的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者按照其入院顺序划分为对照组与观察组,各40例进行治疗。对照组单独采用洛索洛芬治疗,观察组则采用洛索洛芬联合曲马多缓释片治疗;同时给予两组患者采用康复训练、理疗等治疗手段,并比较两组治疗总有效率、疼痛程度、各项凝血指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组经洛索洛芬联合曲马多缓释片治疗后,临床总有效率高于对照组(97.50%vs82.50%),P<0.05;两组患者治疗前疼痛评分比较无明显差异,P>0.05,治疗后观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,P<0.05;但两组各项凝血功能与不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:在给予腰椎间盘突出症患者采用康复训练等基础治疗上,加以洛索洛芬联合曲马多缓释片实施药物治疗,可有效缓解患者疼痛程度,提高其生活质量。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of losuprofen combined with tramadol sustained release tablets on lumbar pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were divided into control group （n=40） and observation group （n=40） according to their admission order. The control group was treated with losuprofen alone, the observation group was treated with losuprofen combined with tramadol sustained-release tablets, and the two groups were given rehabilitation training and physiotherapy, and the total effective rate and pain degree of the two groups, the coagulation indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results： The total clinical effective rate was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; but there was no signifcant difference between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）; and after treatment the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; but there was no signifcant difference between the two groups in the coagulation function and the incidence of adverse reactions （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： On the basis of rehabilitation training in patients with lumbar disc herniation, the combination of losuprofen and tramadol sustained-release tablets can effectively relieve the pain of the patients, and improve the quality of life.
