摘要
提供了半导体全自动封装设备报警实现的方法,并对半导体全自动设备在发生报警时,PLC程序的报警处理方法、报警的编码原则、报警内容信息的检索、报警后续处理及记录保存提出优化措施。
Provide the alarming method for semi-conductor auto molding equipment,and also provide such optimization measures as the handling method for PLC program alarming,the principle for alarming coding,the information retrieval of alarming content,the follow-up processing and record keeping when the alarming occurs to the semi-conductor auto molding equipment.
