摘要
在H_2SO_4-CH_2(COOH)_2-KBrO_3-Ce_2(SO_4)_3Belousov-Zhabotinsky(B-Z)振荡反应系统中加入中草药金银花做反应底物,记录系统电位E随时间t的变化,获得不同反应条件下金银花的B-Z振荡指纹图谱。结果表明,金银花有其特征的B-Z振荡指纹图谱及参数,据此可以方便快捷地对金银花进行检测分析,将其与其它中草药甚至其产地和品质区分开来;另外,金银花药液浓度c与诱导期tin、振幅ΔE呈现良好的线性关系,分别为t_(in)=2.545 4c+239.87、ΔE=-0.328 2c+77.997,这可以作为金银花含量分析的一种新方法。
Belousov-Zhabotinsky(B-Z)oscillating fingerprints under different reaction conditions of honeysuckle were obtained by recording the dependence of system potential on time in H2SO4-CH2(COOH)2-KBrO3-Ce2(SO4)3 B-Z oscillating reaction system with honeysuckle as substrate.The results show that honeysuckle has its characteristic B-Z oscillating fingerprints and parameters,which can be used for the detection and analysis conveniently and quickly,and for the distinguishing between honeysuckle and other Chinese herbal medicines even by the origin place and quality.In addition,the induction period and amplitude of the system show a good linear relationship with the concentration of honeysuckle,respectively,by t(in)=2.545 4 c+239.87,and ΔE=-0.328 2 c+77.997,which may be a new method for content analysis of honeysuckle.
