摘要
用微量量热法对中药复方四物汤和白头翁汤的Mn2+-BrO3--H+-Act振荡体系进行了研究,得到了四物汤和白头翁汤分别在不同浓度、不同温度下的振荡谱图和310 K时体系发生振荡的浓度范围.从热功率-时间曲线得到了振荡体系的诱导期(tin)及第一、第二振荡周期(tp,1,tp,2),并由此计算出四物汤和白头翁汤参加反应的反应级数(fin,fp,1,fp,2)和表观活化能(Ein,Ep,1,Ep,2),并建立了诱导期、振荡周期与浓度和表观活化能之间的非线性关系式.
The Mn^2+-BrOg^--H^+-Act oscillating systems of Chinese traditional medicine compounds (Siwu Decoction and Windflower Decoction) are studied at different concentrations and different temperatures by TAM Air 8-channel calorimeter (Sweden). The power-time curves and the concentration range are determined. From power-time curves, the induction period (tin), the first oscillating period (tp,1) and the second oscillating period (tp,2) are obtained. According to the thermodynamic theory, the reaction order and the apparent activation energy are calculated. So the non-linear relationships among them are established.
