摘要
近年来LED照明技术发展迅速,失效分析作为解决产品可靠性问题的重要手段,在长期可靠性模型的建立中,成为一个重要课题。本文从失效LED的实际出发,论述了失效LED的初步诊断方法,提出了系统的初步分析流程,介绍了初步诊断方法的分析要点及参数设置。利用此初步分析流程可得到失效LED的全面失效信息及初步判定结果,为深入破坏性分析提供了支撑与方向。
Light emitting diodes （LEDs） is making rapid progress in recent years. Failure analysis, as an important solution to LEDs reliability problem, becomes an important subject in the process of building these long-term reliability models. According to the practical conditions in failure LEDs, the preliminary diagnosis methods were discussed. A systematic preliminary analysis process was presented, and also the key elements and parameter settings of analytical methods. Making a good use of this analysis process, the full information related to failure LEDs and primary determining can be acquired. It can also provide the basis and direction for further destructive analysis.
